Question by Daffy: What is the best, most effective cream for psoriasis? It has got to be over the counter.?
Ive got a flare on my right leg down at the ankle and some on my elbow. Its just so irratating! I can’t get a prescription from the doctor at this time and I want to stop using the clobetasol I got in Mexico due to the negative effects of the steroid. I really need something that will at least ease the utter itching and spreading until it leaves on its own. Any suggestions for over the counter creams, gels, powder, herbs, or custom made mixtures, please would help.

I cleared my psoriasis with serenaskin herbal remedies. I used ointment and spray on the skin and scalp, and took anti-psoriasis extract internally. This treatment cleared my skin just in a couple of weeks. 6 mo later it is still clear. You can get it online at http://www.serenaskin.com, no prescription required.

Over The Counter Psoriasis Cream – Is It Effective?

By using an effective over the counter psoriasis cream, you will be able to relieve the symptoms of redness and itchiness that you are experiencing. This can be very helpful until you are totally cured from this disease. However, you also need to know that these kinds of products can only provide temporary relief as there is still no medication that can directly cure this kind of disease.

But even if this is the case, it can still be very helpful if you are going to use an over the counter psoriasis cream. However, as you must have already noticed, there are dozens of brands that you can choose from. And this is the reason why it is really essential that you know how to look for an effective and safe product.

If you want to be certain that you are getting an effective over the counter psoriasis cream, the best thing that you can do is to rely on licensed vendors. You have to make sure that you will go to a drugstore that is licensed and credible. This is very essential if you do not want to end up with a product that is actually, counterfeit, fake, or substandard.

It will also do you good if you will take some time to read the label. You have to check the ingredients that they have used and determine if there are any strong or harsh chemicals. There is also a need for you to check if they have used some pharmaceutical-based ingredients. You have to check their components and see if they are known to cause various side effects.

To make things easier, it will do you good if you will look for those brands that are FDA-approved. This can serve as a guarantee that a certain product is relit safe and effective.

And if you have already purchased one, you have to be certain that you will strictly follow the instructions indicated. These products will only work if you will follow the indications.

But you should also be aware that an over the counter psoriasis cream cannot do everything. It is still essential that you have a good diet and a good hygiene so that you can make sure that you will be able to treat this skin disease more effectively.

In general, if you want to treat this skin disease, you have to make sure that you are using a very safe and effective product.

I have a relative that has suffered this most of his life. It’s been a long time since he was seen by a doctor the last time and he refuses to go now. Since there are new lotions and creams that come to the market everyday, does anyone know about a good one he might be able to use?

Please, I want serious answers. If you don’t know the answer, abstain from replying.

Thanks a lot in advance!!

I have little patches of psoriasis on my elbows and one of my knees. I use some topical creams right now containing either coal tar or salicylic acid.
